If the xSwatch4 theme is not yet installed, simply download it here: xSwatch4-enabled (version for XOOPS 2.5.10)

and follow the following tutorial to install it:

Duplicate the reference theme

It is best to duplicate the xSwatch4 theme in order to work on a duplicate and keep the reference theme available intact.
